So first time to CrossFit, well come down and take advantage of our complimentary free session and see for yourself what we do at CrossFit Boss. Once you’ve decided this is the place to be, we have different membership options to get you going. We prefer everyone that starts with us to come through our Beginners Program as this helps make the transition into our main classes a lot easier.
We recommend completing 4 Beginners CrossFit sessions within your first month, these are held on a Tuesday at 6:00am and Friday at 6:30pm and these are by appointment only. You also still have the option to attend the mainstream classes while completing the Beginners CrossFit.
In our Beginners CrossFit we cover the foundational and basic movements in CrossFit which you will find on a regular basis in the main classes. Having the understanding and technique of these movements makes the transition into the classes a lot easier and builds a stable platform for your CrossFit journey.
