One of our qualified coaches will ensure your first experience is an enjoyable one and you experience what CrossFit Boss has to offer to help you reach your goals!
Once you have completed your intro session, you have the opportunity to join our community and attend our CrossFit Elements classes. Our Elements classes consist of 3 sessions over the week where we teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit to ensure your transition into the main classes are as smooth as possible. These are run on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30pm.
And don’t worry, all our workouts are designed to be adjusted to your abilities making it possible for everyone to enjoy CrossFit in a safe manner.
