These are our main classes found in the schedule which will consist of the daily WOD found on our website. These classes consist of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. All of our workouts can be scaled to a person’s ability regardless of age or fitness level.
Each day brings different exercises you may deadlift, box jump, pull up, run, squat, push press, row, clean and jerk or snatch but is specifically designed and programmed for you to get the most out of each session.
No longer do you need to worry about planning your workout each day as we take care of that and our trainers will ensure your performing the movements safely and effectively.
Our sessions are broken into either Fitness or Performance depending which path you want to take with your training goals. Our Coaches are always on hand to lend advice and help point you in the right direction.
This program is a great place to start for those new to CrossFit. With our Fitness programming you will find more simplistic movements with the focus on bodyweight movements and core squatting, pulling and pressing movements. Taking away some of the more complex movements, the intensity of the workouts can be kept relatively higher and often longer in duration. The “Fitness” program is by no means just a beginner program, it will still challenge the more advanced athlete with the emphasis on solid foundations, skewed towards developing a high level of conditioning through high intensity workouts. So if you’re looking at being lean, fit healthy and strong these sessions are perfect for you.
Our Performance program we focus on developing a well-rounded athlete through exposure of more complex movements, that include Olympic lifts, and more advance gymnastics movements. In saying that all our workouts are scalable to each person’s ability. The Performance program is for those looking to build a solid strength base and take their fitness to another level through a greater demand of intensity and complexity.
