Our Elements course is designed to form the foundational skills for any new comers wanting to join CrossFit. We emphasise developing the correct and safe movements through detailed instruction across the basics found in our main classes. Having a sound understanding of technique makes the transition into the classes much easier and builds a stable platform for your CrossFit journey.
We advise completing 3 Elements sessions if you’re new to CrossFit. These classes are held on Monday / Wednesday at 6:30pm and Friday at 5:30pm and are by appointment only.
