30 Toes to Bar
20 Front Squats 42.5/30
30 Box Jump Overs

30 Toes to Bar

Performance

Back Squat
10×2@70%

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Deadlifts 100/70
10 Wall Balls

60-100 Banded Pull Aparts
